Every aspects of life is influenced by ENGLISH. As an example, the instruction of some electronic appliances is in English. The language program on computer also is in English. Moreover the development of Information Technology has forced some people to master English. In some Asian countries, such as Malaysia, Singapore, Philippine, English becomes the second language. They are accustomed to speak English in their daily communication. Not Surprisingly, they are more superior than our country.
Mastering English doesn't mean adopt all its culture, but comprehending Informations Technology sent by English in order not to miss development globally. One of the weaknesses of Indonesian people is in terms of English mastery. Every time they are in international forum, they collide with the language.
